What is the difference between engineering and engineering to succeed?
For us, success requires a clear target. Without that everything tends to be random or a band aid.
What is success to us? It is simply this: We define success as you being able to transact business in the manner that your clients, leadership, and employees have come to expect. Anything less than that does not meet the business goal.
Anyone can engineer, we have an internal process to make sure we are focused at success, not just engineering.
As said by Ralph Waldo Emerson "To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did."
