Klay Thompson has been employed at NENS for 15 years and managed several departments during that time. Klay developed the service desk department when NENS grew to the size where remote support was needed. He has been a principal at NENS for four years and worked closely with leadership to develop the account management department. Klay believes strongly that quality service and good relationships build long term partnerships with clients, vendors and employees. Prior to working at NENS, Klay managed system integrity and third party billing for a large medical laboratory. When Klay is not helping others in the technical world, he enjoys wood working where he spends his time turning rough lumber into furniture.
